ECSEN works with national and international partners to provide qualified and experienced personnel. ECSEN also benefits from cooperation with leading OPITO-certified training organizations for the supervision and capacity building of the human resources it makes available to its customers. Training and transferring technology and skills to local personnel in all oil and gas-related professions is a priority and a major challenge for ECSEN.

ECSEN also takes care of personnel management on behalf of its partners, either by making personnel available or by porting them. ECSEN takes charge of all activities related to the day-to-day management of personnel during project execution.
